Our investment banking advisory business, Meghraj Capital, assists clients with mergers and acquisitions, partnerships and joint ventures, equity and debt raising and special situations. We operate from offices in Nairobi, Tokyo, Mumbai and Dubai.

We are uniquely placed to assist local and international clients through our relationships and experience covering East Africa, Japan, India and the UK. We have a particular focus on cross-border transactions.

Our investment banking team works closely with our infrastructure consulting team to provide a seamless, end-to-end solution for our infrastructure-related clients.
