Folding Stairs ( FS )

Why?
Safe reliable and robust access to the top of tank trucks, rail cars and ISO tank containers from a platform/loading rack is of paramount importance for safe and productive loading, unloading, venting and inspecting operations.

How?
Simple manual or powered operation to lower in to position to access the top of a tank from the ‘out of the way’ stored position. Once the safe working task is completed the Folding Stairs is simply raised back to the stored position.

Typical standard size of 2440mm x 2440mm x 800mm rail car. OA height 1100mm Or custom size to suit each application
Full height or top only for some rail cars
Folding Stairs are available in aluminium, stainless steel or carbon steel
Full floor covering with lift up inspection panels in aluminum, stainless steel and GRP
